Our refund policy lasts only 24 hours. If 24hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund .Only “online courses” are eligible for refund if we receive your request within 24 hours of the date of purchase. When the refund is granted we will remove access to the “selected course” and your money will be returned. 100% refund will be provided.
There is no refund policy available for the online test series, mock tests and study material.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase alongside your request for refund. We will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your Refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a couple of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, Follow the following steps:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
